The device has a hollow body (1) that is evacuated by a vacuum pump after switching a water level switch (4), so that the body attached with a siphon pipe is filled with liquid. A liquid level switch (3) is provided in the body to terminate a suction process. A power supply is switched on and off by the water level switch and the liquid level switch respectively. The device is activated when the water level decreases and the switching point of the water level switch is reached.
