PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a storage medium considering a user's convenience in a recorder which performs writing of electronic information and printing of images to a storage medium with RF-ID tag.

SOLUTION: This recorder which communicates with an RF-ID tag attached to a label piece to write electronic information to the RF-ID tag identifies a communication procedure for writing the electronic information for every IC chip of the RF-ID tag to which the electronic information is written (step S502), and performs the writing of the electronic information by switching to the identified communication procedure (steps S505 and 506).
