PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select a communication connection mode corresponding to a request concerning communication profit or loss of a user and variation in communication environment. SOLUTION: The communication apparatus 10 comprises a section 14b for predicting communication profit or loss in communication connection mode at the time of continuation selection and reselection based on communication factors having an effect on communication loss at the time of continuation selection when communication processing is executed by selecting continuation of the communication connection mode under selection at current moment in time, or at the time of reselection when communication processing is executed by reselecting the communication connection mode, and a section 14c for presenting communication profit or loss (e.g. communication rate, waiting time, the time required for communication processing, the time required for completion of communication, safety and certainty of communication) in communication connection mode at the time of continuation selection and reselection predicted at the communication predicting section 14b.
