PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weight pressure part underground installation type liquid drive power generation device for generating power with the weights of passing vehicles, and to provide a weight pressure part protecting tool for restricting a load on a weight pressure part. SOLUTION: The weight pressure part 1 is inserted into the weight pressure part protecting tool 4 for restricting the load on the weight pressure part 1. The weight pressure parts 1 are installed in numbers as one set and each of the weight pressure parts 1 has two outward and homeward high pressure pipes 5 connected to the inlet and the outlet of a liquid drive unit 2. A check valve 6 and a liquid cooling radiator 10 are mounted in the high pressure pipe 5, a service valve 7 and a bypass high pressure pipe 8 are connected to the inlet and the outlet of the liquid drive unit 2, respectively, and a service valve 7 is also mounted in the bypass high pressure pipe 8. The liquid drive unit 2 and the generator 3 transmit motive power via a chain or a gear. A liquid resupply and air purge tank 9 is mounted in a return pipe for automatically resupplying liquid. When the load is applied on the weight pressure part 1, the liquid is pushed out to a fixed direction to rotate the liquid drive unit 2 and then it is returned to the weight pressure part 1 on which the load is not applied.
