<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor capable of easily creating a gamma table for performing tone reproduction of a plurality of selected gamma adjustment functions and tone reproduction according to adjustment levels of the gamma adjustment functions as intended without changing the contents of the gamma tables by an order of calculation. <P>SOLUTION: According to an image forming device concerning this invention, conversion tables 424 to 440 having conversion value data for converting a basic γ table 423 to be a base on adjustment and tone data of the basic γ table 423 into tone data for performing the optimal tone reproduction according to each γ adjustment function and adjustment level are stored in a nonvolatile memory 42, in the image processor 40, a conversion table to be used is selected among the conversion tables 424 to 440 according to a γ adjustment function and an adjustment level selected via an operation display part, a γ table is created by adding each piece of tone data of the basic γ table 423 to conversion value data of the selected conversion table. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
