<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power unit which satisfies power source timing specification and can reduce one wiring in a flexible cable of connector connecting power source substrate to a main substrate to reduce cost. <P>SOLUTION: In the power unit, though a fourth voltage output circuit 4 is controlled by 5 V voltage from a first voltage output circuit 1 instead of a power switch signal when a power switch is turned on, the rising of the 5 V voltage is delayed to cause the rising of 1.5 V voltage from the fourth voltage output circuit 4 to be delayed by a given time. Thus, the rising of a control signal to a second and third voltage output circuits 2, 3 can be delayed by a given time to allow the rising of the 1.5 V voltage to be matched to the rising of 3.3 V voltage and 2.5 V voltage. Even if 1.5 V voltage is controlled with 5 V voltage, one wiring of the flexible cables can be eliminated with reduction in cost, while satisfying the power source timing specification. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
