<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent slipping-out of a roller when handling a bearing, by avoiding forming a gouge and a scratch on a raceway surface, by facilitating insertion work of the roller. <P>SOLUTION: A tip part outer peripheral surface in the inserting direction of a spherical roller 3, is contacted with both column parts 4a on the opening side of a cage 4. A base end part outer peripheral surface in the inserting direction of the spherical roller 3, is contacted with an outer diameter surface of a small collar part 1b. Insertion force is applied to an insertion tool 10 in a state of contacting a base end side end surface in the inserting direction of the spherical roller 3 with the insertion tool 10, and when inserting the spherical roller 3 into the raceway surface 1a of an inner race 1, a surface 11 contacting with the base end side end surface in the inserting direction of the spherical roller 3 of the insertion tool 10, is inclined at an angle where the spherical roller 3 does not contact with the raceway surface 1a when inserting the spherical roller 3 in the direction orthogonal to the action direction of the insertion force. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
