PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control moisture included in an adhesive and a gas generated by a non-reaction monomer or the like after solidification to prevent adverse influence on an organic EL element and degradation of luminous efficiency. SOLUTION: In an organic EL structure formed with an organic EL emission layer, a protective layer, a filler and a sealing glass plate on a glass substrate, at least one of junctions between the protective layer and the filler material, and the sealing glass plate is formed by bringing them into direct contact with each other.
