PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular seat device capable of forming a maximum, flat and continuous luggage compartment space in the longitudinal direction of a vehicle in a cabin, and compatibly forming the luggage compartment space, accommodation of a plurality of occupants, and habitability. SOLUTION: The vehicular seat device has a front seat consisting of a driver's seat and a front passenger seat 19 arranged at the side of the driver's seat, and a rear seat arranged behind the front seat on a floor panel 4 of a cabin 2 with an instrument panel 17 arranged on a forward part. The front passenger seat 19 is folded with the longitudinal dimension reduced, and movably supported in a forwardly moved front passenger seat stored conditionαso as to be close to the instrument panel 17, and when the front passenger seat 19 is in the front passenger seat stored conditionα, the rear seat 22 is folded with a seatback 28 collapsed forward, and moved in the rear seat stored conditionβto form a continuous storage space 70 by a back face of the seatback 28 and a back face of a seatback 25 of the front passenger seat 19.
