PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve work efficiency in pipe construction by extremely facilitating work without requiring high construction accuracy when cutting an underfloor pipe of a building. SOLUTION: This connection joint 3 connects an above floor pipe to the underfloor pipe of the building, and is composed of a fixing seat 5 fixedly installed on a floorboard of the building, and a sliding joint 6 vertically slidably installed on the fixing seat 5, and is constituted so that an upper side connection port 12 connected to the above floor pipe is arranged in an upper part of the sliding joint 6, and a lower side connection port 16 connected with the underfloor pipe is arranged in a lower part of the sliding joint 6.
