BIO-GINSENG STEAMED RED(FOR DIABETIC PATIENT) TEA

PURPOSE: Provided is a method of making a herbal remedy by the steps of: washing herbal plants with saline water and removing saline water; steaming and crushing them under pressure; aging and concentrating them under pressure; irradiating them with ultraviolet light, passing them through a foam generator to generate a fine porous structure in the tissue of each herbal plant; and freeze-drying and sterilizing them with a germicidal lamp or the like. Effective ingredients of the herbal plants are efficiently extracted without loss. CONSTITUTION: Herbal plants such as fresh ginseng, Cervi Parvum Cornu or the like are subjected to the following process consisting of: washing with water in a washing machine for 5min; washing with 15% saline water of 50deg.C for 2min to remove residual pesticides and then washing with flowing water of 20deg.C to remove salt; steaming at 100deg.C for 100min; crushing into a size of 1cm with a roller crusher; mixing at room temperature for 2hr in a mixer; passing though a forming machine to form a shape with a diameter of 3cm; irradiating with ultraviolet light for 30hrs, passing through a foam generator at 3kg/cm2, freeze-drying at 40deg.C, sterilizing with a germicidal lamp; and grinding with a grinder and then sterilizing.
