<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical device minimizing biological bioreaction and enabling covering thereof, especially a transplantable medical device. <P>SOLUTION: Various kinds of medicines, medicaments or formulations for treatment are mixed with a biocompatible material, and fixed to a part of the medical device. The medicines, medicaments and/or the formulations are utilized for curing a specific disease including fragility plaque. Various kinds of liquid formulations are preferable for enhancing effects and delivery ability of the medicine. The medical device includes various kinds of stents, implants, anastomosing devices, perivascular laps, sutures, and staples.
