<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide micro forceps with teeth formed solely in the peripheral edge, capable of being easily formed of a metal plate by the pressing and cutting off an object, and a method of manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: A first part to be a toothed part 21 of the product in a plate-like blank is pressed parallel to the face, and the part and the remaining part are made to orthogonally cross each other. The edge of the toothed part 21 is trimmed to form teeth 25. After that, the toothed part 21 is drawn and curved in the cross direction, and the teeth 25 are erected in the direction parallel to the face of a support part 22. After that, part of the support part 22 is pressed to form a dowel, and the edge of the pressed part is trimmed.
