PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an L-shaped block which can be efficiently float-towed/brought, and which is advantageous in terms of cost. SOLUTION: This L-shaped block 10 is used for a quaywall, a revetment, etc. so as to accomplish the above purpose. The L-shaped block 10 is characterized in that steel walls 11 and 12 are erected on the vicinity of both side ends of a bottom plate 10a and opposed side ends of a vertical wall 10b, so that a space part 13 can be formed, that the space part 13 is cut off by sealing the steel walls 11 and 12 with a sealing material and that a volume required for floating is secured.
