PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to increase the efficiency of a photography preparatory operation at the time of photographing one object under a plurality of photographing conditions and to photograph without mistaking the photographing conditions in a medical image photographing system using a cassette. SOLUTION: In the medical image photographing system, each photographing condition in mammography and a cassette ID of the cassette used for photographing under the photographing condition are correspondingly memorized in a photographing condition/cassette ID setting memory part of a controller. In a cassette registration processing, whether a photographing section information of an inputted photographing order information is the mamma or not is judged. When it is the mamma, the photographing condition/cassette ID setting memory part is referred, the cassette ID corresponding to the photographing condition included in each photographing order information is read out, and each photographing order information and the read cassette ID are correspondingly registered.
