PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ionizer blower so structured as to change the direction of an airflow to be directed toward a working space or a target. SOLUTION: This air ionizer blower 20 includes: voltage sources 110 and 210; an air entrance 23; an air exit 25, an air mover 26, one or more electrodes 114, 214 and 218; and a straightening plate 30. The air remover 26 is so structured that the air enters from the air entrance 23 and exits from the air exit 25 to form an airflow. The electrodes 114, 214 and 218 are arranged in a passage of the airflow, electrically connected to the voltage sources and so structured as to generate either or both of positive and negative ions. The straightening plate 30 is disposed in the airflow, and has a plurality of evenly distributed openings used for attenuating an airflow pattern generating loss by changing the direction of the airflow generating loss to a single blowing direction, and for changing parts of the airflow having other tracks to a single blowing direction and each having a depth of a function of hole areas of the respective openings.
