<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide powder intended for obtaining the active ingredient of a functional material in a form convenient to handle, i.e. a powder form, and to provide a product obtained by applying the powder. <P>SOLUTION: The subject method for producing the powder containing the active ingredient of the functional material comprises a preparation process 1, an active ingredient stirring and extracting process 2, an active ingredient naturally extracting process 3, an extracted solution filtering process 4, an extracted solution concentrating process 5, and an active ingredient pulverizing process 6. The powder obtained in the processes is filled in hard capsules or brought into tablets.
