PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a key management program which can efficiently cope with the loss of a key. SOLUTION: An ID of the key is read by an ID reading part10 when a guard acquires, uses and stores the key; a key use condition updating part 54 updates a status of the data of a key information storage part 66, and a finally handled condition of the key is stored. A path diagram of a place for the use of the key is displayed on a display part 20 by utilizing information of a path information storage part 65 for retaining information on the path diagram and the key to be used on a path.
