PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice cooking control device and a rice cooking control method of an electric pressure rice cooker and warmer, making various kinds of tastes of boiled rice as desired by a user by extending the respective processes or adding another process to the respective processes even after selecting a rice cooking course composed of a series of processes.

SOLUTION: In this electric pressure rice cooker and warmer, according to each rice cooking course, a series of rice cooking processes composed of a soaking process, a heating process and a steaming process progress to thereby perform rice cooking. This rice cooking control device of the electric pressure rice cooker and warmer further includes an additional process button for adding especially another process such as a soaking extension process or a heating extension process to a series of rice cooking processes. According to the rice cooking control devie and the rice cooking control method of the electric pressure rice cooker and warmer, rice can be cooked to produce various tastes of boiled rice such as toughness or sweetness.
