PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air foil having an internal passage structural body for promoting desired cooling of the air foil and improving durability of a blade. SOLUTION: This rotor blade includes a root part 20 and the hollow air foil 22, and the hollow air foil has a cavity partitioned by a negative pressure wall, a positive pressure wall, a front fringe 32, a rear fringe 34, a basic part 28, and a leading end 30. The internal passage structural body 40 is arranged in the cavity. This internal passage structural body is provided with a meandering passage 78 having at least three segments 80 connected mutually in the radial direction, a passage 52 arranged between the leading end and the meandering passage and extending in the axial direction, at least one hole 85 extending between the last segment 82 in the radial direction and the passage extending in the axial direction, and one or a plurality of suction holes 84 arranged in either of the negative pressure wall and the positive pressure wall in the last segment in the radial direction in the meandering passage.
