PUCKERING-RESISTANT STRETCHABLE WARP KNIT FABRIC AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a puckering-resistant stretchable warp knit fabric that is good in knitting and processability and causes no puckering at the boundary zones between the high stretching power yarn and the low stretching power yarn and the individual parts in the stretchable warp knit fabric in which unstretchable yarn and at least two kinds of synthetic elastomer yarns are mix-knitted to form the parts that includes high stretchable power yarns and the low stretchable power yarns. SOLUTION: The puckering-resistant stretchable warp knit fabric is obtained by mix-knitting an unstretchable yarn, at least two fineness-different synthetic elastic yarns to form the parts including high shrinkable power yarns and the parts including low shrinkable power yarns. The difference in the dry heat setting rate at 190 degree between the minimum fineness elastic yarn (a) and the maximum fineness elastic yarn (A) is within 7 %. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
