<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display control system for changing the display of the image display table of a user, according to the merchandise ordered by the user. <P>SOLUTION: When a user visits a store, orders merchandise, and pays the price, a POS register 70 is operated by a staff, and the type or price of the ordered merchandise is inputted to a server 18 (a step S10), a lookup table in the server 18 is retrieved, and effects to be applied to an image display table 12, where a user is seated are determined (a step S12). Then, an ID unique to the ordered contents of the user is issued (a step S14). This ID is registered in the stand-by queue of the server 18 together with the determined effects or the like, and the ID is written in an IC tag attached to the container of the merchandise by an IC tag writer 72, and the merchandise is handed to the user.
