PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-pack curing type polyurethane resin composition excellent in properties of cured products, such as elongation and hardness, having good adhesiveness to polyvinyl chloride especially flexible polyvinyl chloride. SOLUTION: The two-pack curing type polyurethane resin composition comprises a first liquid containing a urethane prepolymer (A) and an isocyanatosilane compound (B) having at least one urethane bond and/or urea bond in a molecule, wherein 0.2-10 pts. mass isocyanatosilane compound (B) is contained based on 100 pts, mass urethane prepolymer (A), and a second liquid containing polyol compound (C).
