PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle height adjustment device capable of suppressing abrupt change of the vehicle height even after the power supply is shut off. SOLUTION: In the vehicle height adjustment device, a hydraulic cylinder 1 is communicated with a liquid chamber 8 of a gas spring 7 demarcated into the liquid chamber 8 and a gas chamber 12, and the spring constant of a suspension is variable by opening/closing a first communication valve 17 provided in a flow passage 6 between the liquid chamber 8 and the hydraulic cylinder 1. A differential pressure reducing means is provided, which reduces the differential pressure between the gas spring 7 and the hydraulic cylinder 1 before the first communication valve 17 is opened by shutting off the power supply.
