<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-use application container allowing direct application or drop application. <P>SOLUTION: The application container comprises a container (1) storing contents, a base (2) set in the mouth (1a) of the container (1) and having an opening (2a) extending to the inside of the container, and a cover (3) covering the base (2) and having a discharge hole (3a) extending to the opening (2a). The application container further comprises a valve (4) having a rod (4a) inserted in the opening (2a) of the base (2) and the discharge hole (3a) of the cover (3) via gaps (t and t<SB>1</SB>) and projected out, and elastically supported in close contact with the inside of the base (2).
