PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin electronic circuit unit in which a heating component causes less fluctuation in characteristics. SOLUTION: The electronic circuit unit comprises a circuit board 1 in which an electronic components 4 including a heating component 3 are arranged on one surface 1c side while electronic components 6 including a characteristic fluctuation component 5 whose characteristics are affected much by a high temperature arranged on the other surface 1d side. The heating component 3 and the characteristic fluctuation component 5 are arranged to face each other in the thickness direction of the circuit board 1. The circuit board 1 positioned between the heating component 3 and the characteristic fluctuation component 5 is formed with a recess 1a. A gap 9 is formed between the heating component 3 and the characteristic fluctuation component 5. Therefore, the gap 9 interposed between the heating component 3 and the characteristic fluctuation component 5 has lower heat conductivity than the circuit board 1, resulting in the less rising of the temperature of the characteristic fluctuation component 5 for less fluctuation in characteristics of the characteristic fluctuation component 5.
