PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide dry toner which has excellent negative charging property, achieves good electrophotographic properties, and can stably realize high-quality images over a long period of time. SOLUTION: The dry toner comprises a binder resin, a coloring agent, a wax component and a charge control agent and has C.I. Pigment Yellow 155 and C.I. Pigment Yellow 93 as the coloring agent, wherein a mass ratio between contents of the C.I. Pigment Yellow 155 and the C.I.Pigment 93 is 10:90 to 50:50, the circle-equivalent number average diameter D1 (μm) of the toner measured with a flow particle image analyzer is 2-10μm, an average circularity of the toner is 0.940-0.995, and a standard deviation of circularity is <0.040.
