<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information reproducing apparatus with which the same music or video image or conversation is enjoyed at the same time among a plurality of vehicles. <P>SOLUTION: Audio or video reproduced by an on-vehicle apparatus 1 set to a master is transmitted to on-vehicle apparatuses 2 to 4 set to slaves via a wireless communication network, and the on-vehicle apparatuses 2 to 4 set to the slaves reproduce the audio or video. Further, two-way communication of voice is carried out among a plurality of the on-vehicle apparatuses 1 to 4.
