HEATED AIR SUPPLY TYPE SMALL MELTING FURNACE AND EXPERIMENTAL INCINERATED ASH MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To explore the possibilities of recycling the incinerated ashes of various waste materials by shortly and easily producing the incinerated ashes of low carbon content from various kinds of objects. SOLUTION: A crucible heating burner is provided at a desired position and an air heating pipe is arranged between a melting furnace exterior and a crucible. The air heating pipe is connected at one side to an air supply source and at the other side to a flexible pipe in the state of extending to the outside of a melting furnace. The flexible pipe is connected at the other end to a desired-length hot air blow nozzle formed of a fire resistant material. The hot air blow nozzle can be inserted into the crucible.
