PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centrifugal type blower capable of solving a problem of ununiformness of a delivery flow from the centrifugal type blower and ununiformness of speed with a compact structure in order to easily perform air-blowing at high efficiency. SOLUTION: In the centrifugal type blower, an impeller 6 provided with a plurality of vanes 9 along a circumferential direction with a constant gap is rotatably provided in a scroll casing 5 in which a ventilation passage 2 successively enlarged from an upstream side toward a downstream side is formed, a suction port 3 is provided on an axial side surface and a delivery port 4 is provided on an outer peripheral surface in the most downstream side; air is press-fed along the ventilation passage 2 accompanying with rotation of a rotation shaft installed on the impeller 6; and air is blown from the delivery port 4. A ventilation passage 13 at the delivery side communicating with the delivery port 4 is bent and formed to a reverse direction relative to a rotation direction of the impeller 6 by an optional angle and a guide vane 16 having one end 16a directed to a direction of an upstream side of the ventilation passage 2 and the other end directed to a direction of the delivery port 4 is provided on a bent portion of the ventilation passage 13 at the delivery side.
