PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a riding type traveling vehicle capable of solving the problems that in some known vehicles, braking is performed by decoupling a side clutch on the inner turning side of right and left rear wheels by the steering operation of steering front wheels over the predetermined angle when the vehicles make a turn, the steering load for the steering front wheels is large and the vehicles cannot make a turn before the side clutch on the inner turning side of the right and left rear wheels in the beginning of the turn, and the vehicles hardly make a smooth turn. SOLUTION: The riding type traveling vehicle has a rear differential device D and a differential locking device F of right and left rear wheels 7, 7, and right and left side clutches I, I to individually decouple the drive to the right and left rear wheels 7, 7, or right and left side brakes J, J to individually brake the right and left rear wheels 7, 7. The vehicle has an interlocking means to change the rear differential device D to a locked condition by operating the differential locking device F in an interlocking manner with the steering operation of right and left front wheels 6, 6 over the predetermined angle, and decoupling the side clutch I of the rear wheel 7 on the steering direction side of the right and left front wheels 6, 6, or applying the side brake J.
