PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an electrolytic water dispenser to supply water to a customer desiring a small amount of electrolytically-generated water with good response. SOLUTION: In this electrolytic water dispenser having a diaphragm cell 10a, a pair of outflow pipe lines 21a, 21b for discharging the electrolytically-generated water generated in each electrolytic chamber of the diaphragm cell 10a, and a pair of water supply pipe lines 22a, 22b for supplying the electrolytically-generated water discharged through each outflow pipe line to a prescribed place, and selectively supplying each electrolytically-generated water through each water supply pipe line, a feed water tank 10b into which a desired small amount of the electrolytically-generated water can be introduced during electrolysis operation is installed to enable the feed of the electrolytically-generated water at any time.
