The invention provides a photo-settable coating composition for forming a black-colored light shielding layer. The composition comprises 1 to 30 wt% of a polyacrylate selected from urethane polyacrylates, epoxy polyacrylates, polyester polyacrylates and mixtures thereof; 30 to 70 wt% of an acrylate monomer selected from polyacrylate monomers, acrylate monomers and mixtures thereof; 5 to 30 wt% of a globular light-scattering agent; 5 to 30 wt% of a white-colored filler material; 2 to 10 wt% of carbon powder; and 2 to 7 wt% of a light sensitizer.
