PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated product for a lithium cell, which is a type of sandwiching metal terminals connected to each of the positive electrode and the negative electrode of the lithium cell body in the state wherein they are projected outside, and sealing them by heat bonding, which excels in productivity (workability), which has high adhesive strength in the inner part from the metal foil, which excels in water vapor barrier property, especially which has a certain adhesive strength even after the passage of time, which does not cause delamination between the metal foil and the inner layer, and which is stable not causing the water vapor barrier property to drop with the passage of time. SOLUTION: The laminated product is characterized in that an outer layer, an aluminum foil, a chemical conversion treatment layer, a fluororesin layer and a heat-adherable resin layer are laminated in the order and that the above fluororesin layer is formed from a fluorine-containing copolymer having a hydroxyl group and a curing agent which reacts with the hydroxyl group of the fluorine-containing copolymer.
