PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a high insulating property and to enable firm fixation at a low cost without having to thickly form the mesh of a braided conductor. SOLUTION: The braided conductor 11 of a shielded wire 10 is formed by doubling a part at an opening end 11a having an inside diameter expanded by folding it back toward the inside diameter side of the opening end, and is fitted to a ring 12a of a shield shell 12 with an annular member 14 sandwiched between them so as to expand the inside diameter. The opening end 11a of the braided conductor 11 is crimped between the ring 12a and itself by a die, and thereafter fastened between the ring 12a and itself by fitting a band 15 to its outside diameter part and by reduction of the diameter of the band 15 caused by screwing a bolt 16 to a nut 17.
