PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide means or a movement assisting means of a user in a building where a required moving passage in the building changes in response to a state. SOLUTION: In this building inside facility of the building, a plurality of processings performed for different users in different order and combination, exist on a plurality of story floors. The building inside facility has a medium means (ID media 21) for recording ID corresponding to the user, a means (a database 42 of a data control server 41) for recording a plurality of processing orders to the user, the story floor for performing processing and a progress state of the processing, a means (an operation terminal 43) for updating the content of the recording means in response to the progress state of the processing to the user, a means (an ID media reading-writing means 23) for reading and writing an ID recording medium, and a means (an elevator control device 51) for controlling operation of an elevator; and also has a guide display means (a guide display device 61) having a display means (a display part 62) and an ID reading-writing means 23.
