PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic washing and sterilizing device for a modular type belt as a conveyor means for the meat cut processing capable of widening the application field as conveyor means for the meat cut processing of modular type belt. SOLUTION: The washing device 10 for the modular type belt 4 is structured so that a washing trough 6 to work with bubbling is installed right under a pressure roller 9 to change the transporting direction in the transport path of the belt 4, wherein the washing trough 6 is furnished with piping 11 to spout a high-pressure hot water to the belt whose transporting direction has been changed.
