PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of protecting the surface of a slope by effectively utilizing a generating material generated in a specific area as materials. SOLUTION: The method has steps S2 and S3 confirming an availability to the slope protection of the materials generated in the specific area and the steps S11 to S13 determining a form that the materials having the confirmed availability are used for the slope protection in response to the characteristics of the materials.
