<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow access control on a data file without dividing a data file, to prevent consumption of a system resource in an information processing device, to reduce labor for reference and search for the data file by a user, and to improve security against leakage of the data file. <P>SOLUTION: A document server 100 stores an area performing access control to a document file by client PC 101 and 102, extracts data matching the inside area from data constituting the document file to store them, separates and stores data other than the extracted data from the data constituting the document file, and according to an access instruction from the client PC 101 and 102, synthesizes both of the separately stored data together. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
