<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable telephone set with a power saving type automatic video control function of automatic control for automating imaging and saving power consumption during movement by making possible individual, social and crime-preventive purposes through a moving means such as a human being or an automobile while eliminating necessity to manually operate and take in the hand a portable telephone set with an imaged video function capable of storing a video image of a motion picture. <P>SOLUTION: In a portable telephone set 1 which is mounted in a predetermined part by switching to a human being or a moving means such as an automobile according to a selected position of a selecting switch 9 and comprises a function for storing motion picture video and audio in a storage section 10, ON/OFF of a power source of an electric circuit relating to an operating mode and motion picture video and audio, start/stop of storing the motion picture video and audio and the output of electronic sounds from a loudspeaker 7 are automatically controlled based on the judgement of a control section 12 for presence/non-presence of coordinate movement, presence/non-presence of azimuth movement and propriety of a camera angle from signals of positioning data of a GPS receiving section 2, an earth magnetic sensor section 3 and an inclination angle sensor 5 set by a control program of the storage section 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
