PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal-level resin radiation fin or radiator. SOLUTION: By exploiting good workability of resin, irregularity having self-similarity is provided on the surface of the radiation fin to increase the surface area thereof and minimize the thermal resistance Rthc-a from the cabinet surface to the atmosphere. Thus, a resin radiator having a thermal resistance, i.e. a thermal resistance defined by an envelope volume, equivalent to that of a metal radiator can be realized, and in turn a radiator can be formed by a resin of good workability so that the cost of an electronic apparatus can be reduced.
