PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotatably penetrating expanded wing pile capable of effectively enhancing bearing power respectively exhibited in the whole outer peripheral surface of a pile body and a tip part of the pile body. SOLUTION: A plurality of rotary members 12 are arranged in a tip part of the pile body 10, and an excavation piece 11 is integrally projected to at least one of the plurality of these rotary members 12. When penetrated into the ground by rotation in one direction of the pile body 10, while the whole of the plurality of rotary members 12 are stored and positioned inside in the radial direction more than the outer peripheral edge of a tip part of the pile body 10, the rotary members 12 are rotated by being rotated in the inverse direction of the one direction in a state of penetrating the pile body 10 into the ground, and at least its part is projected and positioned outside in the radial direction from the outer peripheral edge of the tip part of the pile body 10.
