PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide trousers designed so as to have tall length to wrap the whole of wearer's legs including parts lower than her (his) ankles and thereby prevent release of the air warmed with body temperature through solving such a problem: a wearer is directly exposed to outside air and feels cold because the socks are tight on her (his) skin and thereby air layers are not formed even when wearing socks in winter for the sake of warmth. SOLUTION: The trousers are designed so as to wrap the whole of the legs including the part lower than the ankles through making the trousers longer.
