METHOD AND PROGRAM FOR ESTIMATING GENE NETWORK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate a gene network where the amount of basic data is not lost.

SOLUTION: The gene network is estimated by searching for a direct causal relationship and/or an indirect causal relationship whose existence cannot be explained from another indirect causal relationship whose existence can be explained from the direct causal relationship, and adding the indirect causal relationship found to a network comprising direct causal relationships.
