PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reproduce an image close to the intention of a recorder even when the performances of a recording environment and a reproducing environment are different. SOLUTION: This image reproducing device 54 is configured to, when a recording frame rate fr1 is higher than a reproduction frame rate fr0, omit the reproduction of image data from the frame (whose significance is lower) in which the movement of the position of a camera in a virtual space is small among frames beyond the reproduction frame rate fr0. Thus, even when the performances of a recording environment and a reproduction environment are different, the reproduction of the frame whose significance is lower can be omitted so that an image close to the intention of a recorder can be reproduced.
