PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative cover capable of decorating a trash bin and preventing dispersion of odors. SOLUTION: This cover 10 for a trash bin comprises a cover body 11 covering the entire top end opening 21 of a trash bin 20, and a decorative part 12 mounted on an outer periphery of the cover body 11. An opening 13 for charging trash is formed on the cover body 11, and a first elastic flexible material 14a is integrated with an outer periphery of the opening 13. The opening 13 is set to open only at the time of charging the trash, and a second elastic flexible material 14b is integrated with a portion outside the top end opening 21 of the trash bin 20 of the decorative part 12, to elastically hold the top of the decorative part 12 to the trash bin 20.
