<p>[PROBLEMS] To provide a slender napkin for physiology disposed between a vaginal opening and an anal cleft part capable of improving a function for preventing menstrual blood from leaking rearward by fitting it to the anal cleft part and also enabling a napkin body to retain a shape curved along a human body. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] This napkin (1) for physiology comprises the napkin body having a liquid absorbing layer. A three-dimensional structural part (3) is formed on the skin side surface of the napkin body. The three-dimensional structural part (3) is formed of a reinforcement member (35) and a liquid permeable sheet (36), and an elastic member (39) extending in the vertical direction is fitted to the top part (3a) of the napkin body. The reinforcement member (35) comprises high-density parts (37) and low-density parts (38) alternately positioned in the vertical direction, and the top part (3a) is vertically shortened by the elastic shrinkage force of the elastic member (39). Thus, the napkin body can easily retain its curved shape.</p>
