<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load drive circuit which can control generation of a radiating noise, when a motor is standing still. <P>SOLUTION: This coil load drive circuit 1 includes output buffers 11, 12 which output PWM pulses to both terminals of the motor 5; a transfer voltage generator 17 which outputs transfer voltages V<SB>TR1</SB>, V<SB>TR2</SB>proportional to a difference of an input control voltage V<SB>IN</SB>and an input reference voltage V<SB>REF</SB>; a PWM comparators 14, 15 which output PWM signals PW1, PW2 corresponding to the transfer voltages VTR1, VTR2; and an output PWM pulse synthesizer 16 which controls the output buffer 11 by the AND signal of an exclusive OR signal EX of the PWM signals PW1, PW2 and the PWM signal PW1, and controls the output buffer 12 by the AND signal of the exclusive OR signal EX and the PWM signal PW2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
