PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adjuster with cut-off mechanism capable of preventing an accident by instantaneously cutting a gas flow in case that the pressure on the downstream side from the adjuster rises over or drops below a set value. SOLUTION: This adjuster comprises a primary adjustment part for reducing high-pressure gas to a middle pressure; a secondary adjustment part for further reducing the middle pressure gas reduced in pressure by the primary adjustment part to a low pressure followed by feeding; a rise time cut-off mechanism for cutting the flow of the high-pressure gas to the primary adjustment part in case that the pressure on the downstream side of the secondary adjustment part raises over the set value, and a drop time cut-off mechanism for cutting the flow of middle-pressure gas from the primary adjustment part to the secondary adjustment part in case that the pressure on the downstream side of the secondary adjustment part drops below the set value.
