PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a still image to display it like a moving image. SOLUTION: An image display effect similar to time when a zoom operation and a pan operation are performed is obtained by generating a plurality of pieces of partial image data 102 in which areas varies in steps from still image data 101 and sequentially displaying them.
